Long run in SLC with Coach Bill, Angie, and Brighton. It was great but I forgot my normal trainers so I wore my old ones so my feet felt like shit. I got really bad blood blisters.

Did a workout today. 5x1000 with 3x400 on grass across from the track. The grass was extremely long. The pace was faster than last time when we did it on the track. I did not feel good at all; I felt tired, sluggish and out of shape. I stopped after the 1000's. Ugh.

2 miles with Angie in the AM. 6.27 miles in the afternoon with Angie, Ashley, Ashley, and Brighton. I had milk earlier in the day and I had a really bad stomach ache and threw up in middle of run. We did Razorbacks so the pace was easy.

2 miles in the morning with Mama, then 3.6 miles of warm-up on the course. Started the 1000 repeat but my knee started hurting so I stopped. Saw the trainer and she said that I shouldnt race.
