| | Long run in SLC with Coach Bill, Angie, and Brighton. It was great but I forgot my normal trainers so I wore my old ones so my feet felt like shit. I got really bad blood blisters.

| | Did a workout today. 5x1000 with 3x400 on grass across from the track. The grass was extremely long. The pace was faster than last time when we did it on the track. I did not feel good at all; I felt tired, sluggish and out of shape. I stopped after the 1000's. Ugh.

| | 2 miles with Angie in the AM. 6.27 miles in the afternoon with Angie, Ashley, Ashley, and Brighton. I had milk earlier in the day and I had a really bad stomach ache and threw up in middle of run. We did Razorbacks so the pace was easy.

| | Really upset. We ran up at the "C" which is at 10,000ft elevation. I felt like shit and my knee started hurting. Clinton stopped me and in the van he told me that I should do just 3 miles tomorrow and do pool workouts. I will probably add on miles in addition to the 3.

PM: 5 miles in the snow at 50% ( 7:13/avg). Knee felt alright but it was super cold and it started hailing/snowing.

| | We went down to Mesquite today to do a workout. Luckily, I was allowed to go. The workout was 3xMile with 6x100 with 4 min. rest in between and the pace range was 5:35-6:05. I was pretty scared/nervous for this workout since I haven't done one in a while and I feel out of shape.

Mile 3: 6:04
I did 2x100 but my knee started to act up so I stopped. I was pretty upset with the times and that I was last but I have to be patient.
